Inclusive hiring, as a process

Where accommodations are part of the job.

InclusiveHire is a job marketplace for companies that already treat access as standard, and for qualified candidates who should not have to ask whether a workplace can work for them.

How it works

Companies name access first

A job cannot be posted until accommodations are listed, with how they actually work. Completeness and verification feed an Inclusion Score.

Candidates control disclosure

Keep disability details private, share them only after you apply, or put them on a public talent profile. You preview what the employer will see.

Match on skill and access

Fit is shown as “this role lists 4 of 5 accommodations you need” — including what’s missing. Not a mystery number.

Founding employers

We are not filling this board with fake “Exemplary” jobs. InclusiveHire is onboarding founding employers who will list accommodations as standard. Join the list if you want work, or if you hire.

Built as a workplace product

Privacy first

Disability information is never sold and is only visible according to your settings.

Verification you can explain

Verified means a process owner is named and accommodations are already in place — not a slogan.

Access in the chrome

Keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels, high contrast, larger text, reduced motion, light and dark.

From people who used the process

All stories
I did not have to open the interview by explaining my screen reader. The job listed it. We talked about the work instead.

Jordan O. · Engineer, hired 2025

We stopped losing good people in week six when we treated low-stimulus space as seriously as we treat laptops.

People operations lead · Harbor Health

A 25-hour grants role with captions and flexible deadlines let me keep a career through a health year. That is inclusion. It is also how the grant got filed on time.
