Disability information is never sold. You control who sees it.
What we store
- Account identity: name, email, role (candidate, employer, or platform team).
- Candidate profile: skills, work history, preferred arrangements.
- Optional disability-related fields: accommodation needs and a short “about my disability” note.
- Employer profiles, job posts, applications, messages, and interview times.
- Waitlist email if you join before creating an account.
Who can see disability fields
- Only me — recruiters never see accommodation needs unless you later share them on an application.
- After I apply — visible to that employer for that application.
- Public talent profile — visible to signed-in recruiters searching talent.
We do not sell this data. Analytics and CSV export include name, job, status, and whether an accommodation was requested — not diagnoses.
Deletion
Email the platform team from the address on your account to request deletion of your profile, applications, and messages. We will remove personal records from the live product database.
