Verification and reporting

What Verified means

A company is marked Verified only after the platform team reviews it and all of the following are true:

• A named person or team owns the reasonable accommodation process.
• At least two accommodations are marked already in place, not only on request.
• A work email is on file for the company.
• The inclusion statement is in plain language and specific enough to act on.

Verification is not a legal certification, an ADA audit, or a guarantee of any workplace.

Inclusion Score

Emerging, Solid, and Exemplary reflect how complete the operational profile is: in-place accommodations, how they work, a process owner, and verification. A long statement alone cannot produce Exemplary. Example catalog companies are labeled Example listing, not scored as live employers.

Report a listing

On any job, signed-in people can report overclaiming, ableist language, or a fake company. Reports go to the platform team.
