InclusiveHire does not sell disability information. Candidate fields about disability and accommodation needs are visible only according to the setting you choose: only you, after you apply, or on a public talent profile.
Employers see application-level accommodation requests for roles they posted. Analytics export candidate name, job, status, and whether an accommodation was requested — not diagnoses. Read the privacy page and what Verified means.
