Senior Accessibility Engineer

The work

Own accessibility quality across Northwind’s product suite. You will pair with design and engineering, write test plans that screen readers actually pass, and coach teams on WCAG 2.2 AA. This is a senior IC role with calendar control and async-first communication.

What you bring

Five or more years in product engineering or accessibility. Demonstrated work with WCAG, assistive tech, and design systems. You do not need to disclose a disability to be qualified.
